Joe from Jim's Pool Care did a great job for me though it was a small job. The vacuum plate on top of my swimming pool skimmer got stuck. I couldn't get it up no matter what I tried and for quite a bit of time; but Joe fixed it up for me in a minute! Joe is a very experienced, efficient, friendly and professional pool serviceman, highly recommended.
