He is a genuinely great person to chat with and explains everything in such a manner that it's very easy to absorb for next time in case you want to maintain it yourself moving forward. Punctuality, professionalism and great conversation always leads to stellar service and this time was no exception!   Braidy came out and teach me everything i needed to know about keeping the backyard pool up to keep. I learnt so much from Braidy and he took his time with me and made sure i understood everything he was telling me. I really appreciate him taken time out of his very busy day to stop in and run through how to do things like when to add salt ect and have a look at the pool cleaner which wasn't working but is now :0) His guy is Awesome so awesome i have booked him in for a service in 4 weeks time, to make sure am doing a good job with the pool. This was a 10/10 service which is so hard to find these day's am so glad i went with Jim's Pool Care Narellan and got Braidy what a top bloke!! Keep up the awesome work!! 5 stars 10/10

  Braidy is the one person you need to service your pool he really knows his stuff. My husband called him and he was there within the hour. Highly recommended
