We have been wanting a pool heating system for our family pool but with all the choices avaliable it has been difficult to know which one works for our pool, the team at Clarity Pool Mangement were fantastic right from the start Patrick took me through all the pros and cons especially with cost efficency on electric and gas and made our decision very easy to go ahead with our Electric Pool heating system. Patrick was also very helpful on details, specificaions but most importantly the location of the external unit as we had limited space on where to locate it. Installation went smoothly and showed us step by step how and where plumbing and power runs the system. We also had follow up questions after installation and Patrick was happy to guide us through these enquries. After our previous pool cleaning technician abandoned the job without notice, the pool was left in a terrible state. No one was living there, so we didn’t find out until 3 months later. The pool looked like where Sherek would bathe. Clarity Pool came to save the day. They were able to allocate technicians to head over the next day after I contacted them, and the pool was restored within a week. Their communication is fantastic. I get a text message when the technician is on the way, and I can see the photos of the pool after reach visit through their online portal. Their customer service is responsive. I would highly recommend Clarity Pool to anyone. They provide excellent service at a fair price.
