Very professional customer service at a very good price. I have tried 4 different pool services companies in Canberra over the last 9 years and Poolwerx have been the best. They reliably service my pool every month and have done repairs in a very timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend their services.

The customer service was great! These guys definitely know what their talking about! We've had terrible problems with our pool for the past month and with the help from these guys our pool has become crystal clear within 2 days!

After moving into our new house right on the cusp of summer, the first job on the list was getting the green pool sorted. I rang around a couple of places and didn’t get any kind of follow up, until I called Weston. Steve and the guys at pool works Weston have been great from the beginning. They were able get started on things within a couple Of days of me contacting them. They have given us genuine advice and there’s not been any pushy up-sells. There was 5 visits and the pool progressed well, they left everything as they nice and clean - we didn’t even know they were there! There was even a follow up email to see how things were going. Thoroughly recommend them!

Great service. Matt and Steve know their stuff. Relocated our setup and supplied a full new system. Turned up when they said they were going to and did everything they said they would. I had to postpone for a day and that was no problem for them. Were responsive to messages and calls which is definitely not common practice in the industry! Thanks guys. Much appreciated.
