Our experience with Summertime Pools was excellent! They came highly recommended from my brother who also used them. Jess provided an onsite consultation and offered excellent advice to help us select the right pool for our family. During the planning stage, Heather provided clear and consistent communication. Then the dig and shell drop happened in 2 days! If only landscaping can be done that quickly. Fingers crossed Melbourne summer decides to turn it on soon so we can enjoy it.

We signed up with Summertime pools and it’s been great. Jess first came out to quote and she was excellent in going through the process and quote breakdown with us. She was the most descriptive and knowledgeable sales person who came through to quote so we were sold from there. From then on everything fell into place as scheduled, if not before. Dave was just magnificent with the install. He made sure everything was perfectly on point. And thank you Heather for making sure that all our paperwork and permits were in place. Our friends have installed elsewhere and started before us and are still not finished. Summertime promised us a start, install and finish timeframe and they have lived up to this. Took me a few years to trust another pool company after loosing $30k to dreamtime. I decided to go with summertime pools and cant thank them enough for my dream pool to happen. First point of call was with Jessica Gordon from geelong. Jess had a very professional approach & not only helped me with the design & placement, she also knew her stuff to help me with electrical/fencing & design. Jess was very patient also with me on changes i may have needed. She made extra effort to come to mine if i was needing further advice. Moving forward the pool was installed at promised date & finished a few weeks later. (Well before 12 weeks as promised). This is where Dave Bowen took over for the process. Dave was exceptionally helpful with the instal making sure i was completely happy with placement. He also very knowledgeable to the coping tiles and advice on landscaping/fencing. On which he will be helping me install. Dave also responds promptly to questions, even after it was signed off and follows up on whatever is needed. Dave also came in his own time on a public holiday when my pool was close to overflowing from many days of rain to fix the issue. Matt (concreter) also a high mention to helping me further with works. Its now in its final stages of landscaping/fencing . I couldnt be happier with the company and all the geelong staff that were involved. Thanks summertime
