Watching our garden being transformed was really exciting, and any questions or concerns along the way were quickly answered and dealt with by Jake and his team. Communication was easy and professional and we'd recommend Gippsland Custom Pools if you're considering installing a pool. We're loving our new pool, thanks so much Jake and your crew.

Jake and Andy did an amazing job with our pool installation and commissioning. They went above and beyond to get our new pool ready for summer. Can highly recommend!

Read more12 months ago we installed an in-ground pool through Gippsland Custom Pools. Jake was very easy to work with and accomodating. We love our pool and I was very pleased to get a phone call from Andy to see how it was going. That was excellent follow up care 12 months down the track. Andy is extremely intelligent with how to get our pool to shine and sparkle all year round as well as showing us how to use our pool system in the most effective way. I would highly recommend Jake, Andy and the team. We are very happy with our pool.

Read moreOne of the best decisions I have ever made was to engage Jake, Andy and the team to install my pool. Probably goes without saying the pool itself has brought countless hours of fun and entertainment for the whole family but this team were amazing. Jake was very patient in answering my many questions about the pool and helping me (including returning to site on a number of occasions) to work out the best location. The installation was incredibly quick and professional including the tiling and fencing. Communication was excellent with minimal mess in the yard. They even cleaned the site for the small amount of mess that was created. Andy has also been very knowledgeable from the technical perspective in setting up my heating systems and making sure everything is working as it should. The pool for many months has been looking spectacular. He has also been very patient sharing his knowledge with a new pool owner to learn how everything works. Would highly recommend this team. The experience was easy and seamless throughout the process.

Also provided a follow up visit a couple of days later. We have taken out a monthly service option with Gippsland Custom Pools. Cannot speak highly enough of the communication and customer service proved.
