Feature Pools

We engaged Feature Pools to install an irregular shaped partially above ground pool (around 1.2 metres above) to integrate with our existing raised decking at the back of our home. Ryan & the guys did a fantastic job meeting the tight restrictions we had building around an easement in the back yard, as well as encountering & solving a number of other planning & design challenges along the way. Building through Covid and the related restrictions also presented challenges for the guys but I was very happy with their resilience through this period, and the timeframe things were delivered in. Pricing was on the mark and final amount invoiced did not change (except for a couple of additional features we requested along the way). Communication was excellent and the guys were always on hand if we needed an update or needed help with anything. I would have no hesitation using Feature Pools for future works and would strongly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks for meeting our vision and enhancing our lifestyle. Tony & Kay
