From the moment Aidan walked through our front door, we knew we were in safe hands. He was kind, genuine and very knowledgeable. He and his lovely wife (AKA Boss lady) Rhiannon were accessible through every step of the process, answering every question big or small - nothing was too much trouble. The face to face; every day interaction whilst they were installing the pool was 10/10 - they even made our smalls feel like they were part of the process - as their site foreman / forewoman. I cannot recommend Aidan, Rhiannon and Sam enough. I have always dreamt of owning my own pool, and these guys made it possible for us! We are big Clearwater Pools fans. Love the EDDY'S + Merc (dog)

We can't speak highly enough of Clearwater Pools. We don't give reviews lightly, however in this instance we're more than happy to give Clearwater Pools one massive tick of approval. This is a family owned/run business by Aiden and Rhiannon, and these two are the perfect example of how a business should operate. There's no B.S., they are honest and transparent from the very start, super competitive with their prices, and blew one major competitor out of the water, pardon the pun. Their scheduling was on point, and they worked through rain, hail and shine to meet every deadline. There were no hidden costs, overheads or incidentals, they took care of absolutely everything for us, even down to the smallest details because we were so time poor with work commitments. Clearwater Pools are committed to excellence, take pride in what they do, and never over promised and under-delivered, which spoke volumes. Aiden and Rhiannon made us aware of every possible scenario and cost, they were always only a phone call and/or email away, and there were a lot of them, even when they were on their family holiday, they were sending updates and information regarding our pool/spa install. Clearwater Pools' customer service and knowledge is exemplary, and second to none. Their friendly, patient and down to earth demeanour took away all our stress. This was a huge expense for us, thinking so much could have gone wrong, however because Aiden and Rhiannon had Plan A to D in place, nothing was ever a drama, too much to ask, too hard, and there was never a question and/or request they couldn't answer or meet. With our backyard makeover they also recommended an electrician, landscaper and fencer, and we decided to use them as well. Reputation is everything, it can make or break a business, and we were so impressed with Clearwater Pools and the work they did for us, we knew the businesses they recommended would also be of a very high standard, and we weren't disappointed with those trades either. So we hope you find our review helpful and you too choose Clearwater Pools to transform your backyard to the backyard of your dreams, It'll be the best decision you ever make.

We had a Barrier Reef “Brampton” 7.2 x 4.4 pool installed and could not be happier. The installation was a difficult one with tight access, but the installation was seamless and installed with respect to the rest of our property. After the installation was done, the site was left clean. Aiden was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. The pool was delivered on time as promised. I can highly recommend Clearwater Pools
