We recently had our pool installed and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The craftsmanship is outstanding – every detail has been done to a high standard – and the tradespeople were not only skilled but also friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and consistent, which made all the difference. We always knew what was happening and felt supported every step of the way. The project was completed right on time, with no surprises or delays. We’re so grateful to the entire team for their professionalism, care, and quality work. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful pool put in by Urban Oasis last year and have been using it all Summer. It is beautiful and Urban Oasis were truly excellent to deal with. The pool was installed in conjunction with another renovation project and Urban Oasis worked well with our main builders to coordinate timings and install. They were incredibly knowledgable and helpful with selections and the whole process of working with them was professional and easy. Lorenzo and Sarah were wonderful to deal with, as were the other staff. Thank you to the whole Urban Oasis team.

A painless experience from start to finish with great communication by Lorenzo, Sarah and the team. We were kept updated on progress and next steps and they were only to happy to answer our many questions as first time pool owners. We are delighted with the result and would definitely recommend Urban Oasis to others.
