Narellan Pools Adelaide North and South

Thanks to the Narellan Pools northern team for our amazing pool. From start to finish their professionalism and communication throughout the preparation work and install was a huge testament as, we installed a sleeper pool due to restricted access during our new home build. We have a fantastic pool and area to entertain friends and family. We highly recommend Narellan for anyone looking to install a pool.

Just had my second pool installed by Narellan. They did an amazing job and were very accommodating with my schedule and delays from a house build. The staff were brilliant and friendly and the hand over was explained perfectly. I can’t wait for summer to enjoy my new pool.

Just had our hand over for our pool . Our overall experience with Narellan pools Adelaide was a good experience . This was a very large investment for us , so I did kind of start on the back foot and had my guard up abit, but it didn't take long for me to put my trust in the team . Chelsea in admin was great ! she kept in contact and responded promptly to all my questions and emails , being a first time pool owner she never made us feel like a question was a silly question , Michael our project manager went absolutely above and beyond, he showed passion knowledge and experience for his trade and was always contactable if I had any questions or concerns , Peter the owner was upfront and honest with us throughout the whole process , the team had to use my neighbours property to gain access for dig out and Peter made sure respect was shown and that the property was left with out any damage , in fact Peter and the excavation team went quite out of there way to ensure my neighbours property was kept to there expectations and communicated with them and us throughout the process . Quote came back exactly as predicted , no hidden costs or surprises. And the whole team showed respect for my property . I Would have no issues recommending Narellan Adelaide . After nearing completion of our 8 month project thought it would be good to provide some feedback on our experience. We would highly recommend Narellan Pools Adelaide Northern. They (Peter and his team, particularly but not limited to Chelsea, Michael and Chappy) did a great job with the overall Pool and Spa install, coping and advice. Importantly they were always contactable and very helpful and flexible. Of course we had some issues (minor really) but it was how they responded to them that was impressive. We would encourage anyone to do their research then contact Narellan for a quote. Rod and Carol.

We had Narellan (North) come out to give is a quote for our 9m pool project. We were given honest advice and the quote came very quickly. There was no hard sell, no I’ll call my manager, no sign today for this once in a lifetime deal. We considered two other companies and all were in a similar price range. The pool we chose was not the one we were originally quoted on as we thought it would be out of our price range. We were surprised to find it was only $900 more for our dream pool to suit our family and future needs. When the team came to install they were so professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The attention to detail was fantastic. We have ended up with a great pool that we feel confident will last and if we do have any issues will be quickly resolved by Peter and his team at Narellan. Thanks for a great experience and quality product. We would recommend Narellan to anyone wanting a quality pool installed to a high standard. Not the cheapest but we think the best.

We could honestly not speak more highly of the team at Narellan Pools. Their friendliness, communication, professionalism, and just genuine willingness to help was second to none and made the whole process from design to approvals to installation so easy and seamless. They were so patient and worked with our builder and us to ensure that everything was done to fit in with the timeline of our build and nothing was ever too much. The knowledge that everyone has from the office to the guys on site completing the installation is incredible. Our builder also advised us that he was so happy with the installation as he has had some not-so-great experiences with other pool companies but said that Narellan was fantastic, and he would not hesitate to send future business their way. We cannot wait until our build is finished and the pool area can be completed. Bring on Summer! We would 100% recommend Narellan Pools to anyone considering getting a pool.
