Absolutely amazing business. We have recently completed our Pool build with Satori, and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the results. During our first meeting with Satori I knew we had chosen the right company. Chanice listened to our dream for our pool, then using her knowledge and experience, brought our dream to life. Our yard had its challenges. Being a small yard, we had to remove our hot water system during excavation, but Chanice planned this stage during a family holiday so that we didn't experience any issues with the lack of hot water. The project was completed on time, and to our budget with absolutely no nasty surprises or hidden costs. We got a 'Turn-key' pool, so Satori took care of our fencing, surrounding tiles, all running gear and even helped us out with some extra concreting to extend our our entertainment area. Chanice helped us with our colour choices, gave us practicable solutions to an engineering issue caused by a particularly large retaining wall on our property, and had the answers to every question I could think of asking before I even knew to ask it. Satori held our hand through the council certification process and completed a thorough and in-depth hand-over with us. As new pool owners there was a lot to take in, but Chanice made herself available throughout the whole process to share her wealth of knowledge with us whenever we needed it. And now we have a beautiful new pool to enjoy with our families in a space that was otherwise unused. If you are wanting to install a new pool, give Satori a call. You won't regret it.
