We had a really positive experience with the team at Prestige and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a concrete plunge pool. Everyone was so professional and helpful. A huge thank you to the team in the office for the high level of communication and patience with answering all our questions. Bart & Jacko were also excellent in making sure everything went smoothly in the lead up and on install day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we had complete trust in them to do a great job. The quality of the pool and equipment is fantastic and was even better than we expected. Overall a 10/10 experience.

We have quite a steep slope on our small yard and it took us 2 years to decide if a pool was the right thing to do. We had 3 meetings with Geoff both at our home and at the pool show. He was amazing. Explained everything and made it all too easy. So when we finally decided that we would go ahead everything went so smoothly. We visited the warehouse chose tiles and coping etc and decided to go the whole hog on all the extras. Heat pump, spa jets, climate care package and mineral filtration system. Install day came and we were so impressed with our team. We had a slight hiccup when an unexpected (not mapped)water pipe was burst but it was no issue. The onsite plumber got straight onto it and this of course was all covered in our up front install costs. Geoff suggested we use the fill from the pool to level out the rest of our yard and we now have an area that is so useable and absolutely stunning thanks to the amazing earthworks done by his team. We also used other tradies that came recommended by Prestige and we were so glad. They all worked so well together and we have had the best possible outcome. Thanks to all staff at Prestige for your great support and communication. We absolutely love our Hayman pool. It’s super easy to care for and the mineral water system feels so luxurious to swim in not to mention the spa. If your thinking Plunge Pool think Prestige. You wont be sorry

Prestige plunge pools were a fantastic company to work with. Staff were extremely helpful in choosing a pool that suits us and our house. The team who installed the pool were efficient and professional. To have a pool installed in 2 days with minimal impact on our yard was great. One year on we love our pool. It has a place we love to both swim in and sit around enjoying a cold drink or BBQ.

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Prestige Plunge Pools. From the very beginning, the team was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in bringing our backyard vision to life. They delivered a stunning pool that not only looks incredible but was also completed in time for our wedding celebration at home—no small feat! Every step of the process felt seamless, and their workmanship and attention to detail were spot on. The pool has completely transformed our space, and we’re so glad we chose Prestige.
