We are all delighted with our pool by Ben and Vanessa the Pooltek dream team. Their quote was competitive but what really drew me to signing with them was Ben's easy-going honest manner, their quick reaction time to questions and the fact that he would be the person I would deal with from start to finish. He was fast and efficient and explained everything well. Another pool company who does hundreds of pools gave me a good quote but I knew I wouldn't get the same quality service with them. Ben does quality not quantity. When I signed there were many things I didn't really understand and Ben and Vanessa talked me through everything patiently and I changed a few details along the way. The pool is exactly what I wanted and we signed in July and we were swimming early October. His tradies were great and any questions or concerns got quickly sorted. We highly recommend him and his team. Ben came out himself on a Sunday to set part of it up knowing we had visitors and wanted to swim at the last stages. Another friend got their pool built through him and recommended them for great pool and amazing quick build with exceptional service and they were right. Fantastic company building quality pools with extraordinarily good customer service.

Pooltek recently completed our pool in Yaroomba, the project was completed on time and to a high standard. All trades were approachable, skilled and accommodating of our requirements and work diligently to ensure the project was completed in accordance with the schedule. After speaking with several pool builders and excavation companies, we were really struggling to find someone who could remove the garden bed where we wanted to put our pool. A friend recommended Ben to handle the excavation, and once I realised he also builds pools and could manage the whole job, it was a no-brainer. Ben promised we’d be swimming before Christmas - and he delivered! Ben and his team worked quickly, efficiently, and were friendly and professional the entire time. We’d absolutely recommend Pooltek Queensland to anyone on the Sunny Coast looking to have a pool done. Ben is great - we might even invite him back for a pool party and a beer!

I had a challenging backyard with very limited access. Luckily, I found Ben and the Pooltek Queensland team. From start to finish, they were honest, professional, and incredibly skilled. Despite the tight space and logistical hurdles, they handled everything with confidence and precision. The team worked hard and always kept me updated on progress. Benny and Tess at Pooltek are seriously amazing! From start to finish the pool was done on time (under 2 months!!!) and on budget! Not only that, but the communication from Tess and Ben was second to none. A great little family business run by wonderful people! Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
