We emailed literally every pool builder in Mackay and some didn’t even bother to return the emails, one emailed a quote that they did from looking at the council plan of our block, didn’t even ask us what we wanted not a single questions or discussion with anyone, they didn’t even come to the house where as Narellan not only replied but Dave came round talked to us measured up listened to what we wanted offered suggestions measured up….etc etc…. You get the idea, he actually did his job and did it extremely well. We spend many hours finalising our details and this was just the start of an amazing experience. Rob spent time with us making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and helped fine tune our design and offered assistance all the way along, nothing was ever a bother or an effort, in fact you can really tell Rob loves his job. All of the tradies that were used were amazing it actually felt like we were working with mates and then the final work is unbelievable it is simply spectacular. I really can’t recommend Rob, Paul, Dave and the team highly enough. Thank you everyone you all did such a great job, we love our new resort style back yard.

I had a fantastic experience building my pool with Narellan Pools. From start to finish, Rob was phenomenal—he kept me informed at every stage, offered great advice, and genuinely cared about the outcome. The pool turned out spectacular and is worth every penny. As someone who built my home solo, I truly appreciated how respectful and supportive the Narellan team was. Unlike some other service providers, they never belittled or underestimated me. They treated me with professionalism and kindness, and that made a huge difference. I highly recommend Narellan Pools to anyone looking for quality service and exceptional results.

We recently purchased a mineral pool from Narellan, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service from Rob, Davin, Tony, and his team went above and beyond—extremely professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. The installation team was fantastic, not only doing a flawless job but also involving our three very excited kids every step of the way, which made the experience even more special for our family. We genuinely could not fault a single thing throughout the whole process. This has been the best service we’ve ever experienced, and we would highly recommend Narellan to anyone considering a pool. Thank you again for making our dream a reality!
