We recently had a Reflection pool installed and have been really happy with the whole process. Everything has been well communicated and happened efficiently. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly, from the lovely group that were onsite and installed the pool, the man that installed the pool pump (sorry I don’t remember your name), and Melissa who has been so efficient at answering my questions on email. From ordering the pool to delivery was about four weeks. From delivery of the pool to completion, it has been four weeks. We really took our time looking for the right company to help us with our purchase of a pool because we had heard a few stories of bad experiences - I can safely say we would highly recommend Leisure Pools Toowoomba, Jim and his team have made this a hassle free experience
