Outstanding Service & Product. I recently had a New Pool Built and everyone I spoke to said I needed to heat it so that my family would be able to utilize it for a larger percentage of the year. Dave and the team were excellent from initial contact through to the installation and start up. The job was completed on time and the workman was second to none. Dave went through all the set up and running of the system and ensure all was 100% before leaving. We love the heated pool during the colder months in Brisbane. I would have no hesitation recommending Dave to anyone looking to heat their pool.

I normally don't do reviews but in the case of Australian Pool Heating Services I will make an exception. My 4 years old heat pump was not heating my pool. When I contacted the installer, I was initially told they knew nothing about them, despite having installed it. When I complained to the proprietor, he came out to inspect it and said it was working. In frustration I contacted my pool service company who referred me to Australian Pool Heating Services, who promptly arranged a call out. David immediately identified a failed compressor soft starter, ordered the part, installed it yesterday, fine tuned the water flow, and the heater is now functioning better than at any time since installation. I highly recommend David's company for excellent service.

We are very happy we chose Australian pool heating service to do our pool heating. When we decided to build our dream pool our main goal was to get good heating as we like warm water to swim in. David came for a site visit and provided us a quote and within one week he installed the heat pumps just the way we would like to both pool and spa. Now in the middle of winter we are swimming in our heated pool and spa day and night thanks to David. We are very very grateful. The pool is heated to 32'c and spa at 38'c. David is also a certified Electrician and it was very convenient that he also did the electrical works. All the work was done in 1 day. David responded to our queries very promptly. Overall it was 100% stress free and we are very happy we went with Australian pool services.

At the initial consultation he seemed very experienced and was able to provide us guidance regarding the right sizing for our pool. Their quote was very competitive and the installation has been carried out professionally. We were most impressed by their customer support.
