Terry & Krystal built our pool 3 years ago. Not only was the installation perfect and professional, we have not had a single issue since and Terry has been so helpful with our questions or any information that we need that I cannot recommend this company enough - they have been terrific and the pool is stunning because of the advice we received from them. From first emailing Krystal, to Terry filling up the pool the whole process was absolutely seamless. We were hesitant to get another pool as our last experience with another company was terrible. Krystal was fantastic, answered all of my 3 million questions and when it came time for the work to start Terry and the team did a great job, went above and beyond expectations. My advice to anyone getting a pool is DON'T go for the cheap deals/options they cost you more in the long run and will send you grey in the process. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

From the first phonecall to the final install of our pool Terry and krystal were great to deal with. Their aftersales support is also top notch which goes along way these days. Definately recommend getting in touch with them if your looking to install a pool

We had our pool installed a few years ago now. The process of working with Krystal and Terry was seamless. The whole experience was easy and very professional. Even years later if I ever have any questions Terry is quick to respond and very prompt with the outcome. This has been an asset to our family and home.

Great service there team of trades made this so easy nova pools Terry and Krystal made this job a breeze were fast to reply for a quote and did the best job on my pool and complete job start to finish Plus back up service as there local. Have done 2 other pools on last few houses over last 20 years always had issues with the whole job trades and support with this last pools through nova pools 200% in service and works. Couldn’t recommend them more above and beyond
