Had our pool installed three years ago. A seamless process from beginning to end. Communication was and still is excellent, with any after sales questions answered quickly and easily. Had a component become faulty over the recent christmas break and Scott was kind enough to open up the office and supply a new part under warranty. 100% recommend compass pools and will use again if I ever have a pool installed in the future.

Had our Compass pool with in-floor cleaning installed 3 years ago. Could not fault the installation, after sales care and service. The Paramount in-floor cleaning system is amazing and handles leaf litter like magic. Recently had an issue with the module and the local office were so awesome to deal with. Very happy customer!

I have had my self cleaning Compass Pool for four years and absolutely LOVE IT ! The whole process from start to swim was smooth & easy. From my first visit to the amazing display centre at Tomago to the hand over of my completed awesome pool. The entire team at Compass were great to deal with and really helped guide me through the process as well as sorting everything else out along the way.
