Very happy from start to finish. Was given a same day appointment for a plumber to provide a quote. Jesse turned up right at the start of the 2 hour window and provided a quote straight away. He checked and could get the required stock locally and offered to do the install right away. In less than 90 minutes from him first turning up it was all done! Compared to no-shows and weeks/months of waiting with other mobs, this was a welcome surprise.

Absolutely beautiful service by the apprentice emin. He helped me get through a very bad situation on the beach with my car because I ruined the clutch. Emin towed me home and let me lend one of his cars until I could fix mine. If you ever need help with 4wd recovery emin hodzic is the guy you want

I had a toilet which was leaking sewer gases, I called Swans Professional Plumbing, they were there within a couple of days. The young man, Alen, who was replacing my toilet, was very impressive, finishing in a couple of hours, he was very clean and tidy. I did have to call again after I noticed a couple of minor things and Jesse came to fix them in 10 minutes. Very happy with my new toilet. Thank you.

I'm extremely delighted and truly satisfied with the services from Swan's Professional Plumbing. I found them online and have never used their services but couldn't be happier. From the booking stage to the quote to the actual problem being fixed everything was smooth and they kept me updated at all times. We had a leakage and needed a lead detector plus a plumber to fix the leak. From start to finish Swan organised every stage of the process, sent me sms around 30min before their arrival so I could get myself organised. Luke was the plumber that gave us the quote and fixed the leak with his apprentice. They were both extremely professional, efficient and Luke fit us in last minute as we needed urgently the leak to be fixed as we had no hot water and we had some relatives coming to stay and arriving in 2 days. Luke started as early as 7am to be able to fit us in and have it all ready by the time our family arrived. He was friendly, organised and neat. I am extremely happy with their services and price. We have had Swan's Plumbing attend to several of our plumbing problems over many years. Always neat, punctual and work of a high standard. Our old hot water unit died suddenly and Jesse did a great job of fitting a new unit today. Very impressed and we can enjoy a hot shower tonight.
