Things had got to a point where I didn't think we would get a plumber out to do work required for our kitchen reno. Had no call backs and cancellations until one day followed one of Sam's work vehicles and rang and he answered straight away. Very friendly and helpful from the word go. After sending some photos of work required he made a date to come out. Materials arrive first and then one of the companies workers (mind you an hour ahead of time which worked perfectly). So very punctual and got straight into work. He had to come back the next day and finish off but a very professional approach and very obliging. I have no hestitation in recommending Rowland Plumbing and Gas. I would definitely use them again. Much appreciated Sam you saved the day. Thanks Liz
