The service is absolutely outstanding! Send an email for a quote to relocate our water meter and had a response within an hour! Chris come the next day and provide me with a verbal quote and said they would assist the same day as Aqwest. By the time he turned the corner we received the quote! Less than 24hrs notice from Aqwest, they would be at my property, Mary from RMC Plumbing organised for Chris to be at my property the next morning! Chris showed up this morning at 8am as promised and started the job and didn’t leave until Aqwest finished their part! Thank you to RMC Plumbing for amazing service with communication and commitment being top notch! Highly recommend RMC Plumbing Services! Thank you again Chris and Mary!

Highly recommend these guys “RMC Plumbing” - so professional from start to finish. From the time I left my inquiry on their website and the quick response to communicating appointment times and providing quotes and turning up on time! The onsite plumbers gave solid advice and contacted me directly with any queries needing immediate attention which were quickly followed up with a confirmation call from the office. Customer service from the office and the onsite tradie was exceptional – and that’s what wins me every time – plus they clean up really well after themselves :-)
