If you are looking for new hot water system in Perth you already know that all prices advertised online are not the final-real price. Sometimes it is even 900$ more. In this case, altough I was initially hesitant about the lack of online quotes and the $89 call-out fee, the risk definitely paid off. Promt were very quick to install my new Rheem hot water system at a decent price—significantly cheaper than many other companies. While I found lower quotes on Hipages, I prefer the reliability of businesses found through Google Maps. Remarkably, one competitor who has very good google maps revews quoted me $3,300 for the same installation! Overall, Tsadik from Promt did an excellent job, and I’m happy to award them 5 stars.

We had an issue with our Evap Air Conditioner on a hot day and called Prompt, left a message and were called back in a timely manner and they arranged to come out the same day. Two young gentlemen attended and diagnosed, replaced parts and got the cool air pumping for us again in under 90 minutes. Outstanding job, great price, fantastic service! Would definitely recommend.

We had a young man come to fix our kitchen sink today - we think his name was Nick - and he was incredibly polite and professional. Would highly recommend Prompt Plumbing and their awesome staff to everyone!

I called up 7 companies in Perth and this is the best company ever I had. Fast response, premium customer service and beautiful presentation, I can’t thank Kris enough!! Actually I declined his offer a couple times while he gave me constantly fantastic deal each time without stepping back and I ended up like receiving his offer even though I declined the other company at the last minutes. I really appreciate his patience and am surprised highly negotiation skill. Again thank you so much Kris and absolutely he is the best !!
