Great communication and quick response. I had to change appointment times several times due yo other commitments but the team were quick to rebook for me . They communicated time of attendance and kept in touch . Charlie was great. He was polite friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to check out and solve my issues very quickly which was a great relief to know that the problem can be fixed without spending thousands of dollars. A professional operation that I would happily recommend. Thank you.

I recently used Plumbed Right and was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service from Michael, Sammy, and Leo. Using advanced camera technology, they provided a clear live video of my pipes, giving an accurate assessment of their condition and even identifying tree roots—no guesswork, no hidden issues. The videos and photos came with my quote, complete with date, time, and address stamps. They then used hydro-jetting equipment to thoroughly clean the pipes. Their work was exceptionally neat, leaving the area spotless, and the quote was clear, straightforward, and easy to pay via their app. During the sewer line re-lining (they are the only plumbers in Perth offering professional pipe re-lining services), they encountered an unexpected challenge. Rather than delaying the job, they tackled it head-on, resolving the issue with state-of-the-art robotic equipment (see photos). Throughout the process, they kept me updated at every stage, explained my options in simple terms, and responded promptly to all my questions. Their professionalism and adaptability really stood out. After having another plumber visit twice—unsuccessfully clearing the drains and happily taking $330 cash each time—I only wish I had called Plumbed Right from the start. Plumbed Right is reliable, innovative, and genuinely customer-focused. If you need drains cleared or any pipework done, they are the experts you can trust.

Our bore pump was stuck 17m down the casing due to what we thought might be tree roots growing into the bore. I contacted plumbed right and chatted to Michael about using water jetting to cut the roots away. Charlie arrived and after discussing the situation, he put the camera down the casing and confirmed that it was tree roots. He water jetted the roots above the pump, taking care not to damage the pump electrical cable, and we were then able to pull the pump up and out of the bore hole. Can't recommend Charlie highly enough as I think it was the first bore pump recovery he has had to do and he handled it perfectly.
