Hocking's Plumbing & Gas

Quick response and communication. I contacted them on a weekend and the work was scheduled in for Monday morning. Prompt arrival and excellent workmanship. Everything left clean and tidy. Recommended and will definitely use Hockings Plumbing & Gas again in the future.

Second time I have used Hocking. Service can’t be faulted. Initial contact on both occasions was a little sketchy having left a couple of messages on a service but other than that when a plumber returned my call he was able to discuss ETA/probable costs etc. Both times, once with an apprentice, the plumbers were quick to get stuck in and informed me along the way of what needed to be done. No rude dudes or rip off merchants - the guys introduced themselves and were respectable and well mannered. I’m hoping the boss has some kind of incentive programme that adequately rewards top service!

Excellent service, Byron was friendly and courteous, had the problem fixed within the hour. Was well informed with his arrival time. Have used Hockins plumbing twice before and would highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied with the service we received, your employees were efficient, friendly and happy to answer any questions I had.
