I have used Freeflo numerous times at our house over the past 7 years and Carl’s and Lucas’ service is solid. Most recently we needed a new cast-iron lid over our sewerage pipe in the driveway. Not only did they do the plumbing part well and on time, but they also cut pavers, completing the paving part and saving me the job of separately hiring a paver. I highly recommend them. Prompt and reliable service. We needed a patio down pipe connected to our stormwater drain asap. Carl and his team fitted us in very quickly. The job was explained to us in detail and the work carried out was exceptional. Costs were very good. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend this company. We suddenly had a water leak under the kitchen, which caused our timber floor to get wet. It was a very stressful situation. I contacted more than 10 plumbing companies that offer leak detection, but most of them said it would take 10 days to 2 weeks unless it was an emergency. I was worried the water damage would get worse during that time. Freeflo Plumbing & Gas came the next day to inspect, and the repair was completed the following day. They were very responsive, professional, and easy to deal with. Jay speaks both English and Korean, which made communication much easier. They also provided a report for insurance claim purposes.
