Calvin is professional and competent. He gets in and gets the work done and problem solves. We had a burst pipe present itself though noise in our walls. He arrived at our place within an hour of my text. He and his apprentice spent time to deduce where the burst was. It was proving difficult as they were underground pipes under aircon etc, he knew when to call the exploratory digging to a halt and capped the pipe. He has given us a very reasonable quote to come and put in brand new piping through our roof, a way better option than old pipes that will probably burst again (we’ve had problems for years!) scheduled us in promptly. What I really like about Calvin is his communication. He listens incredibly well, which is important to come to understand a problem. He is a quick thinker, extremely polite and knowledgeable and has no hesitation to give his professional opinion. Thanks Calvin, you really are the best!
