Wise Plumbing & Air Conditioning Pty Ltd

Called Brendan on a scorching 41-degree day when our evaporative cooling stopped working and also asked if he could do a service. He arrived within 30 minutes, fixed the issue straight away, and completed the service on the spot. I had been up on the unit myself beforehand, so I knew what condition it was in. After finishing, Brendan sent through photos and the difference was massive—you could clearly see the service had been properly done. Outstanding, reliable service. I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him to others.

Brendan & Detlin did an amazing job clearing out my blocked drains without digging everything up. Using his drain camera and jet we sorted the problem allowing me to have my house ready for sale 2 days later. Highly recommend.

Brendan and the team were stellar installing my fireplace - they made the long trip out to central Vic, well outside their usual install zone, arrived on time and got the job done faster than expected. Quality of the install is excellent, the custom work getting the flue through the ceiling past the beams looks perfect. Great people to chat with too, friendly and helpful. Brendan will be the only installer I'll call when I do a second fireplace before next winter, highly recommended, thanks team!

Brendan from Wise came to service our gas ducted heating system. We are very happy with the service and the recommendations he provided. He was very helpful and explained what was needed to keep the system running smoothly. We would definitely recommend him.

We cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by Brendan and the team at Wise Plumbing and Air Conditioning. All requests for assistance have been met with a timely and appropriate response and emergencies dealt with as quickly as possible. Customer care, in our experience over several years, is a consistent and personalized priority of Brendan and all at Wise Plumbing.

We had an excellent experience with Brendan and the team with our wood fire installation. Good communication leading up to the installation. The boys encountered issues with where we wanted the heater installed and provided efficient and effective solutions. The boys left our place clean and tidy. We will be getting the team back for other plumbing needs in the future.
