We had the absolute best experience with Arthur! He was scheduled to come out and fix our tap, but he went above and beyond and was able to do more. Not only was he incredibly time-efficient and thorough, but he was also flexible when we alluded to an issue with our hot water system. We had both Arthur and John from Think Smart plumbing work on our newly built townhouse.They completed both the internal works and the stormwater under driveway, which involved major escavating and pumps underground connecting front exisitng property to the new build at back .Arthur and his team were always professional, polite and easy to work with communicating through out the project.
