Jacob did a great job replacing our stormwater system and fixing some drainage flow issues around the property. He used a camera inspection to properly diagnose the problem areas and then provide a straight forward option that would target and fix the problem areas. From the quote to completing the work was barely over a week, which was very impressive. Jacob was also very honest and gave helpful advice about future plumbing and drainage needs rather than pushing unnecessary work. The price was very reasonable and better than other quotes we received around Geelong from the big groups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I had engaged jacob for some under sink plumbing works at my property as well as hooking up my dishwasher. How good is this guy! We've struggled with regular drain blockages for 24 years and had more a dozen (seriously) plumbers come out to clear blockages. Each said they'd found the fault and yet not long after, it'd be blocked again. Yesterday Jacob came out and what a difference to the others. He didn't stop at the first blockage. He went all the way to the main and found EVERY blockage. He also found a burried inspection pit that we never new was there. I can't reccomend him more highly. As a bonus: best plumber's dog EVA! We had a blocked underground earthenware storm water pipe which was causing rainwater to pool in the front garden. We chose Jacob from Sewer Cure to resolve the issue. He: - checked our stormwater pipes using a CCTV camera, patiently explaining on his laptop where all the issues were (eg roots blocking water flow, pipe joints having misaligned & cracked over time); - used a hydro jet blasting machine to remove blockages (including plastic scraps which had somehow entered the pipe network); & - redirected one of our underground stormwater pipes from one legal point of discharge to another thereby providing for an easier to manage and more effective flow. We were extremely pleased and relieved by the outcome as we didn’t know what to expect - it was the first time we had employed Sewer Cure. Jacob was clearly experienced as a plumber, applied his skills with great care, was patient in answering our questions and had an excellent work ethic and calm manner. And his price was reasonable.
