OUTSTANDING! Had Jonathan and Chris come out this morning to install a new bathroom vanity. Absolutely beautiful guys, so polite, extremely hardworking, super fast, left everything immaculately clean and were profoundly decent guys. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to deal with truly genuine tradies quoting a true price for the work undertaken and whose hearts are in the right place (having been ghosted by others, ignored, quoted 3 times as much to install and the list of bewildering disappointments with some others goes on and on .... truly feels like being emotionally abused! Devastating what's out there. No integrity. Playing ridiculous games). You made me have faith in the tradie world again .... and just for that, l deeply thankyou. Truly kindred souls. Lovely to meet and chat with you. I am beyond happy with the seamless and immaculate install. Looks absolutely beautiful! Jonathon, l wish you and your team/business nothing but the best (I know you will go far in life because you operate with humility) and THANKYOU so much for being understanding, empathetic and considerate in terms of the installation timing due to the overwhelming pressure re: caretaking needs l have with my mum. Johnathan and his team have literally helped us with every single plumbing situation I could imagine and could not have imagined lol. They are friendly, very professional and do a really great job. We had a new bathroom install and they attached the vanity as part of that service and everything was done really well. We also had a serious clog and they came to our house after already a long day, which turned out was more serious than expected and they had to come back the next day, and they pulled out the biggest thickest tree roots from a main pipe I’d ever seen in my life! In the past, I had to deal with an unpleasant plumber where everything seemed to be a problem and too hard, and more expensive than the work was worth and as though I was the one inconveniencing him. Well, these guys are just the opposite. They are reasonable on price, very friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. They’ll take care of you. Chat to Johnathan and he can advise you on what you need. They were highly recommended to us by a friend and we can totally see why.

I've used Sate Plumbing on two separate occasions and have had great experiences each time. They have been honest, professional, and very helpful. They didn't try to up sell work that wasn't needed. Jonathan is exceptional good. You can't find any other young plumbers like him, very responsive and provide good advice.He gets my work done very efficient and good value of money. He has gone beyond of helping me out of fixing the loose tap and he is willing come back to look into the water pressure when i noticed it's something wrong. He has resolved my problems very promptly. Very highly recommended.

We had a leak which needed repairing since November. Since November, I’ve tried phoning so many plumbers who were either non-responsive or unreliable. In the end, we found Jonathon. From the first point of contact (actually answering the call for a start), Jonathon was helpful, professional, great with communication and knowledgable. He was also able to advise on other queries I had, some of which had no connection to plumbing! Jonathon completed the job quickly, efficiently and cleanly.
