I rang Glenn at 8am after discovering my hot water service was leaking and sent him a quick video. He was able to identify the part and repair required and attended and remedied the issue before I even had to leave for school pick up at 3pm. Very prompt and professional service. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

Glenns service could not possibly be better. We rang him on a Friday night at 6:40pm with a broken (leaking and completely non functioning) hot water unit and by 11am today (Saturday, 4 days before Christmas), he had already been out and replaced the unit. Absolute top bloke, great communicator, polite, and provided great advice on which unit to replace our old one with. Will definitely be using him in future for any plumbing requirements.
