I would very much recommend Prom Coast Plumbing. Brody has come out twice to our holiday house. Both times he came out swiftly and helped to explain and fix the issues. One was a pump wire that had come out from the switch and was a simple fix [and a learning curve for me] and the one today was due to having no hot water. No gas in both bottles and he checked the hot water system. Excellent service and advice.

Brody and team are probably the most responsive trades professionals I have come across. Living remotely, on tank water and with a septic system, when things go wrong I just know my call for help will be rapidly responded to, a cheery greeting, a can-do attitude and and a solution follow in quick succession. I cannot recommend Brody and Hugh highly enough.

Brody is a delight to work with and is probably the most competent plumber around. He installed a new tank for us and the job was seamless. It wasn't a straightforward job with access issues and removing the old, very rusty tank but Brody was undeterred and did an incredible job. His knowledge is really extensive and he is clear and concise when explaining things plus his communication and customer service is excellent. He is very responsive to calls and texts and very patient to explain everything. We recently had another situation where I rang him and he came out within an hour or two and it was something that was completely my stupidity. Brody was, again, patient and non-judgemental even though he had taken valuable time out of his day to come and help me. I can't recommend Brody Young, Prom Coast Plumbing and the high quality of their work enough. I would give more than five stars if I could!

Brody quoted on our house project with prices that were competitive. From the very beginning he was able to help us with Council requirements and all the way along his expertise and communication was invaluable. Brody and his team (Josh & Hugh) have an excellent work ethic and we are extremely happy with their work. We would recommend them to anyone and thank them for their efforts with our house.
