The work area was left clean, surfaces were protected, and everything explained clearly. Two years on and we’re extremely happy, as are two sausage dogs who like nothing better than to grill in front of it!

  Aaron is a legend. We wanted a split system for summer. His quote was extremely reasonable... and he found a way of putting the outdoor unit under the balcony which is just above and beyond what other Aircon crews offered. Will definitely be using them again when we upgrade our fireplace, cant recommend him enough. Amazing work!

  I purchased my fireplace/heater from Euro Fireplaces in Lilydale and Aaron installed it. He came out and assessed the the best location for the installation. He walked me through and took on my requests in how I wanted it placed. His communication was great, he arranged the scoffolding. When I had some questions after the installation, he was great in responding and ensuring I was 100% happy with it. The cats also approve. I highly recommend Aaron!

  Excellent service from Aaron at Plumbing With Pride! From the first phone call I made seeking a quote to the actual install of our wood heater Aaron communicated brilliantly throughout, turned up on time each visit and install went by without a hitch. Was accessible to answer our queries on hearth specs which was greatly appreciated. Installing a wood heater is a big investment so you want someone to do a good job on the install and Aaron certainly did that for us, thank you!!

  Aaron installed a Norseman MkII heater with a decromesh flue kit into our lounge room today. I am very happy with the outcome and with the end to end engagement and installation process. Aaron answered my questions in detail before I selected him to do the installation and he offered advice on flue kit choice. He has very good communication skills , he works cleanly and efficiently and he has a friendly and courteous manner. I will definitely consider Aaron for any future heating and cooling jobs.
