  An excellent experience with Carlos and his team. They came to remove a very old unit and replace it with two new split systems. I had originally been told by another company that there would need to be extensive cutting into the walls to install the new units, new pipework laid outside, etc, which worried me. Carlos and his team were able to minimise the cuts needed for the installation. They did a superb job. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They also cleaned up really well afterwards. I would absolutely recommend him for your air con services- you won't be disappointed! Thanks again Carlos!

  If I could, I would give Carlos a 10 out of 5 stars. It's been a month since we moved into our new build home. Our builder messed up and didn't install an electric ducted refrigerated reverse cycle heating and cooling system. We were left with a gas heating system. We reached out to 2-3 installers and Carlos stood out with his professionalism in arriving for a site visit and providing a quick quote. We have a 10 month old newborn and it's the December 2024 where the summer heat is increasing. Carlos went over and beyond to ensure his team gets the job done asap for our toddler to have a comfortable cool home during summer. We installed a 18kW Mitsubishi Electric system and Carlos changed the ducting for the new system to be compatible. His workmanship is amazing and it's beyond what I've seen with any other operators out there. I'd be surely a repeat customer of Ocean Air Heating & Air Conditioning for our current property servicing and installing a similar system in any upcoming property purchase.

  A local air-conditioning company put me in touch with Ocean when our 20 year old split system needed replacing. Carlos was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Very quick and competitive quote. Was able to accommodate bringing forward installation by a day to suit us. Turned up, installed the system without fuss and cleaned up completely. Nothing was left behind. I highly recommend this company. We will be getting them back to service our other air-conditioners in the near future.

  I had been looking into AC for several weeks in my two storey town house and found Ocean Air Heating and Cooling. I contacted them via email and Carlos replied quickly on the same day, very friendly and professional. I explained what I needed/wanted and we organised for him to come around and see how I envisioned the layout. He explained anything additional that was needed to make the layout work so I wasn't in the dark about anything. We were able to book a time for installation with great flexibility and the work was done quite quickly and very tidily. (Multi-head split system) I recommend Ocean Air. Great craftsmanship and excellent rapport!
