Excellent service from O’Brien Electrical and Plumbing. The technician was friendly and polite, and worked efficiently to fix my dishwasher. He showed up on time and was professional the whole way through. The standout for me was the communication — I was kept updated throughout, and everything they promised was delivered. Would definitely recommend.

My new heat pump hot water system was installed by O’Brien’s and I'm happy to give a 5 star rating for the excellent service they provided. From start to finish, it couldn't have been better. We recently had O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing install a full solar system and home battery for our 100% electric home, as well as replace the aerator for our septic system — truly a one-stop shop for everything electrical and plumbing. Matt, the owner, and Cam, the lead electrician and sales support, were both incredibly kind, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. Their guidance made the entire process clear, smooth, and stress-free, and the quality of their workmanship was outstanding. A huge thank you to Krystal in the office as well. Her communication, organization, and constant updates — especially around rebates and paperwork — made everything completely effortless from start to finish. We’re now connected to the grid but won’t be paying for electricity again, even with a fully electric home. The added peace of mind of having a home battery to keep our property powered during outages is invaluable. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine care shown by the entire team at O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing. Highly recommended!
