  Despite the after hours call and an extremely busy schedule, Mitch could sense that my wife and I were stressed about the discovered leak in our house and came around to investigate within 30 minutes of taking our call. He was both thorough in his investigation and considerate of the impact of the issue on our family, suggesting a few courses of action to ensure we could minimise water damage and continue to use water in the house until a more thorough investigation could be completed.
