Glenn from New Image came out and fixed our blocked drain a treat (as well as another plumbing issue that we'd been putting up with). He ticked all the right boxes: knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, friendly, tidy, communicative, reasonably priced. Will definitely call again.

Josh is an amazing young man. I asked him if he saw the movie “Kenny” with Shane Jacobson playing the role of a plumber. Josh said no. Josh displays amazing professionalism in the context of his experience, expertise and problem solving abilities as a plumber. His Boss Rob is an amazing coordinator and is on the tools himself. Rob runs a first class operation with integrity. As a fellow tradie cleaning homes professionally, I use the same job control software to keep everything organised. I am also a Handyman with 35 years experience and New Age plumbing will work along side you doing the “licensed“ work. There is nothing “old school” about New Age Plumbing as they have embraced the technology of the digital age we live in. Well done Robert, Josh and the rest of the team.

I had a cold shower at 10:00pm on a Sunday night. Contacted New Image Plumbing at 8:00am Monday morning. By 11:00am I had a new hot water service installed and had hot water. They supplied the new hot water service unit and removed all the packaging and the old faulty unit. Great service, response and result.
