After bad experiences with previous plumbers, Brandon and Norman were a godsend. They were great listeners and helped me resolve a number of substantial issues with realistic and affordable solutions. They brought in their highly professional team, who dealt with the challenges of an old home, quickly, efficiently and expertly. At all times they were respectful of my home, personable and friendly, and I will be happy to welcome them back to work on future projects. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers they can put their trust in.

Brandon and his team did a fantastic job on our very blocked stormwater drains. They took the time to consider alternative solutions to our problem within the constraints of our budget. We were very impressed with their turnaround, punctuality and generally just how approachable and easy they were to work with. Would happily recommend them to anyone!

Had a blocked drain after a few weeks at a new place. After an initial assessment from another plumber and a large quote to fix, Brandon and Norm turned up to do a quick assessment and re-quote, and provided some great guidance on what to look for when dealing with other plumbers. The team completed their assessment and suggested calling the water company (who Brandon spoke to). The Water company came out and confirmed Brandon's suspicion, and then completed works to excavate, resolve and replace pipes/fix of blockage (which also meant it wasn't $$ in pockets for Brandon and team). Absolutely glad I found these guys, pleasure to deal with and highly recommend, they will work to get the best outcome for you.

Brandon and Norman are a magnificent team! Where other's have failed (more than once), they succeeded. Even though our 50 year old house continuously presented them with new challenges, they were professional, honest, innovative and resourceful - finding a way to fix/avert/mitigate all the problems (and there were many). Fairly priced, hard working, extremely friendly, presenting and explaining all options at every stage. Our favorite plumber team from now on!

Brendon and his team just helped resolve an outdoor plumbing and drainage issue. They are perfectionists and I am very pleased with the quality of their work and overall outcome. Excellent customer experience overall - they took time to understand the problem, do a quick inspection, explain the options to resolve and worked with me to get the right outcome for the budget I had in mind. There's no greater compliment than the fact that I'm now getting them to help with another job at my place. Great work guys!!
