Harry and his team recently undertook a challenging 3 week balcony waterproofing job with multiple stakeholders at our apartment block. Harry and the team recently worked out of my small apartment for a few weeks on a multi-component job in my building. They were respectful and considerate in all their interactions especially since I was trying to work from home as much as possible through the process. They always took the time to explain what was happening and were never too busy to answer even the simplest of questions. Harry clearly takes considerable pride in his work and brings in experts to attend to components of the work, like the air-conditioning disconnection/reconnection, essentially project managing the whole thing which provides a real relief to the mental load! We had a blockage causing our toilets to back up. Called Harry and he rocked up 8am next day and sorted it all out for us. Harry gave clear explanations for the issues we were having. He came across as knowledgeable and proffessional and the price seemed reasonable. 10/10 will use again if we ever need.

Harry was very professional and provided an exceptional service recently with some work I had. I needed a plumber to come out and investigate a matter as part of a pre-purchase inspection for a property on an old house. I called him on the Monday, he was out by Thursday (finding time to squeeze me into his busy week), and by Friday I had a detailed report and breakdown (+quote) of the works that would need to be completed on the matter at hand. This was really appreciated as we were working under quite a tight schedule, having to get this in to the vendor whilst the building inspection phase was ongoing and the vendor needed a professional breakdown of the matter so as to not rely solely on our own estimations. Furthermore, the quote was reasonable and fair and was not inflated. Separately, he was also professional and helpful from the get-go when I called him on the Monday. Even though he didn't know whether we'd go with him, he did not rush me off the phone and really took the time to talk with my wife and I about the matter before coming out. All round was a very professional, thorough and timely service provided by Harry. Cheers!
