The service he provides is just what you want from a tradesperson - knowledgable - comes within hours of a phonecall - punctual and reliable i.e. turns up when he says he will - keeps you in the loop - reasonable priced - knows his stuff - provides feedback

He kept in contact and the job was done sooner than expected which was great. He cleaned up after himself and the price was less that what he quoted.   Roger was the only plumber in town that cared that I was stuck without heating with a baby in the house. Squeezed me in and fixed the problem first go and for very reasonable price.
