He listened to us, took the time to fix the problem and was willing to come see us during such a busy period and even while he was on holidays.   Today (Saturday 17.1.26) my gas hotwater system died so I rang Peter who came over within 15 minutes inspected the system and confirmed it was beyond repair. After discussing my options for a replacement unit and agreeing to a replacement unit and the price for the unit and installation cost Peter went off and in no time was back and completed the new unit installation in a timely and professional manner. I cannot thank him enough for he went above and beyond to ensure we had hot water within a couple of hours. Peter is a truly wonderful tradesman with great customer service , I would not use anyone else for any plumbing issues.
