Excellent experience. Our gas instantaneous hot water system gave out on a Friday night and needed to be replaced. Called Daniel Saturday morning and he was here within an hour with a new unit, and completed a quick and easy replacement. He provided a reasonable and fair quote (upfront on costs and options), was friendly, and very efficient! I would definitely call him again in the future.

Daniel is a consummate professional. He quickly identified the issues with our two toilets and clearly explained what needed to be done. The pricing was transparent and quoted per job rather than by the hour, which made it easy to understand exactly what we were paying for. It was straightforward to arrange a time for the work, and the installation was completed efficiently. Daniel was polite, punctual and easy to deal with throughout the process. Daniel attended my property today after an online enquiry yesterday. He arrived promptly, completed his diagnostic quickly with reasonable pricing, and solved my leaking tap issue and shower noise very efficiently. He was friendly, courteous and professional.
