Best air con place by far!! Was originally quoted almost $6000 by another (suss really) to do what DWR qoted $1500 to do. They were efficient, on time and highly professional! Earning themselves a permanent go to service from us, thanks guys .. Ashley, Jason & Jay your work is impeccable. Rachelle you are also efficient, responsive and great at what you do.

Our air conditioner decided to poop itself with hot weather on the way. The very helpful lady rang us back in a short time and had arranged for two lovely gentleman to come and repair it that day, working around our appointments. They arrived on time. Explained the problem, and had it fixed in no time at all. Both were very friendly. Wouldn't go with anyone else. Highly recommend them

Fantastic experience on ducted reverse cycle installation. Very organised, professional and friendly in the office and knowledgable, straightforward and polite when quoting. The young men who did the installation were well spoken, polite, efficient and took the time to explain things and answer any questions we had. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully too. So pleased with our experience--can highly recommend!

We recently had aducted reverse cycle system installed. The guys that did the installation were outstanding in their workmanship. They were friendly and very obliging. Couldn't speak more highly of the team at DWR.
