Read moreIt was Sunday, water pipe burst in the ceiling and I needed a plumber fast. Called one and was advised that it would be a $600 call out fee. Not happening. Got onto Count on who were able to get there within an hour. Tough job as it was in between floors, they identified the problem, fixed it and now we have water. Bit of clean up to do from the water damage but we have running water again. Best part they called after to make sure all was good and should we have any issues to let them know. It seems basic but to get a follow up and to ensure all was ok sets services apart Great team and service
