With the amazing customer service from the owner of this business Mathew also his crew that Came and did the installation. They were all very professional in and out within a few hours and also cleaning up after them which was amazing not having to stress about anything having the system has been amazing. It is the perfect temperature every time we need it to be also so if I ever had an issue I have been able to get in touch and they have got back to me straight away. I’m very impressed with this company. The Ducted heating and cooling system has been the been The best decision that I have made when it comes to heating and cool Also again just to say that the company was very professional And went out of their way to assist with anything and any questions that I had to ask. Also just another short word the system Is great because you can have it installed in your floor or your ceiling, Ceiling as I have grandchildren And was worried about them putting things in the vents. So if you’re Of something to use for heating and cooling This is being the best for me and my family, I did also add a couple photos so you can see what the system Looks like a very happy customer

We have used EGS for three properties in total. Two of the properties were fitted with ducted heating/cooling. This recent work was to fit a cassette type heating / cooling system. All works have been very professionally carried out from beginning to the end. They treat the property as if it were their own and clean up extremely well. Well recommended! High caliber work. In future months we shall be getting EGS to install a Sandan Hot water system.

Connor serviced our heat pump, very professional, attentive in his work from start to finish. He checked to make sure unit was functioning correctly and he talked me through what he had done. I am so impressed with this company. I contacted them via their website after a Google search for a replacement heat pump hot water system. Matt came out and gave me a basic quote but advised if I wanted a more accurate price he would send over a plumber to gauge the full extent of works required. The quote was pretty close to others I got so I knew the price was fair and included an SRES incentive. I was also put in touch with an interest free loan company because the work fell under a Government energy efficiency scheme. It was not a standard installation; we wanted an older hot water tank removed from inside the house to facilitate the conversion of a separate bathroom and bedroom to an ensuite. The price only went up $300 after a second inspection and there was extensive extra pipe work to put in place. We knew that walls/ceilings would need to be exposed to access the existing pipe work so anticipated a lot of would be required to make good afterward. The removal of the old tank and re-siting of the new tank outside with accompanying plumbing and electrical connections was all completed in the same day. Plasterboard was neatly removed only where absolutely required and everything was cleaned and tidied at the end of the job. Full details were given by the team on what work was carried out, and why, and how to operate the system. We had hot water back the same day. A follow-up call was made by the plumber, Will, the next day to make sure everything was working properly and to call him if there were any issues. We now have to move ahead with the building renovations and hope the experience is half as good as the one we had with EGS. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

We have recently relocated to Hobart art and highly recommend EGS. I was impressed with our initial enquiry requesting a quote for the installation of a an Air Conditioner (heat pump). This was installed and we are very satisfied with it. We have now just installed a solar and battery system by EGS that is also operating exceptionally well. Finally, because the shower screen in our recently renovated home fell out. (I managed to lower it to the towels on the floor to soak up all leaks around the shower). I mentioned my difficulty in finding someone to fix it to Jason who came over the next day and reinstalled the screen. We can’t praise their professional and honest approach to their work.
