Exceptional service. I called regarding a dripping outdoor tap, Mark offered to come by on his way home that same day. He was professional, friendly and solved the issue. Great experience! Phone Saturday morning at 7am to see if we could get a new gas regulator and get it fitted, they said come straight down and within an hour job done with compliance paperwork. We had previously gone to another and he diagnosed the problem wrong and only after doing alot of research on the Web that I found the problem.
