Service Today Plumber had Steve come out. He was a professional plumber who measured pressure at the tap and mains, then traced the restriction to heavy scale in the tempering valve and kitchen branch line. Steve replaced the tempering valve with a high-flow adjustable model, descaled the pipework thoroughly with a safe solution, fitted a new kitchen tap aerator designed for low-pressure systems, balanced the hot and cold feeds across the house, flushed the lines, and tested fill times on several pots and pans. The kitchen tap now runs strong and the kettle boils quickly again. Steve explained how hard water affects plumbing over time and recommended an annual descale for prevention. Professional service that made a huge difference in daily life and saved us time and frustration.
