Precise Plumbing came out promptly and gave me a quote for a Bidet. Soon enough Matt, Sceff and Dave were at my flat. The job was complete, the men were very thorough, they tidied up afterwards and most importantly, it works like a dream… just ask my sister!!! Excellent company.

We've had a great experience with Precise Plumbing and Electrical. Clayton did a fantastic job in researching our options for a bidet and we decided on the Caroma Urbane suite. And over the course of a day Clayton, Cameron and Dailan were skilled in installing it. If that wasn't enough ... we discovered on the day that they were installing the bidet that our kitchen tap was leaking. Incredibly fortunately for us, Justin came around to have a quick look at the newly installed bidet, had a spare new tap in his van, and installed it on the spot! All in one day. Apart from the skill and efficiency of the team, they were also great company and a pleasure to have around - gracious, friendly and considerate. Thanks team!

Really happy with the service from this company. Booking online was super easy and the communication the whole way through was great, way better than I was expecting. I originally booked them to check out a weird smell coming from under the sink and dishwasher, which turned out to be a dead rat (not ideal), but Clayton handled it like a pro and got it sorted quickly. While he was there, Clayton also picked up that the dishwasher hose setup wasn’t compliant and fixed that too, which I really appreciated. He was thorough, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Pricing was clear and upfront, no surprises at all. Big shout-out to Clayton for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Precise Plumbing and Electrical recently attended our property to upgrade our old and degraded storm water pipes. The job involved taking up pavers along the drive and extensive replacement of pipes and then repaving. In the process it was discovered that the cold water pipes to the house were compromised by what eventually was found to be a severe bend in the pipe that had been compromising the flow of water to the house for many years. This involved much extra time and effort on behalf of the team and bringing in more experienced and senior plumbers to help find and solve the problem. Their approach was calm, professional and reassuring and we were kept fully informed the whole time. As a result we only have high praise for this excellent company. All who attended were polite, respectful and went out of their way to help and advise us on the best way to approach the whole job. We could not be more pleased with the outcome so far and are due to have them return next week to finish replacing the last leg of the storm water pipes. We will certainly be recommending them to all our friends and family and a special thanks to Chris, Jordan and Shae and all the guys who came out over the course of the week to get the job done and who went above and beyond to help us through the process. The quote experience was also very transparent and the cost and payment options were extremely accommodating and reasonable. A big thank you to all at the company from the office staff to the team of plumbers who attended the job and the owners. Cannot praise you enough.

The guys from Precise Plumbing and Electrical installed an oven for my Mum. They were very friendly and efficient and the price was great too. Clayton the plumber found a minor gas leak and fixed it straight away. And Skef and Andy the electricians even came back and took away the old oven for her. They were very professional and the whole experience from start to finish fantastic.
