  Jared spent at least a good hour with me, thoroughly examining the dodgy work that was done by my previous builder, and offering me excellent advice. He also ran his camera right through my brand new sewer pipes to the front of the house. A good 20 meters plus! So he could examine carefully what the previous plumber, who installed the pipe had done, and to see if it was up to the latest regulations and standards. He also used a simple plunger, and managed to unlock the drain, without the need to use a fancy jet blaster which plumbers generally charge huge money for, and explain what the likely problem was. He then charged me $50 for his efforts. I gave him $100! He was/is a freakin Legend!! Thank you Jared!

  Severely blocked drains - called PlumbFirst and they attended when they said they would. Tregan informed me the issue was an SA Water problem and showed me how to identify this in the future. Very personable and courteous young man. No charge for call out. Will definitely use this company for any future plumbing work.

  I recently had my evap aircon system pack up.The first place I called was PlumbFirst and Jared was able to come around that day. After inspecting the unit he told me it was clear that the electric fan motor had seized. Thankfully this was covered by my insurance. Jared was happy to write up the necessary report and within a couple of days my insurance company had approved the works to be completed. Being an older unit it was more cost effective to replace the unit than carry out the repairs. He was able to come back around within 3 business days with his team (including Lee and Jordan) and fit the new unit. A Braemar ICQ550 with magiqtouch controller. The service was unbelievable. These guys clearly are professionals. They had it all installed within a matter of a few hours and the system is absolutely amazing. Far superior to the previous system. To say we are happy is an understatement. Thanks guys!
