  I contacted the team at Element Plumbing Services to replace my shower head. They were quick to respond and changed the shower head without a fuss. They were punctual, well presented and cleaned and removed all the mess once the job was completed. When I asked about whether I needed to change the shower taps, the team were really honest and assured me I didn’t need to upgrade them at this stage. It is very reassuring to find a plumber who cares about their customers and doesn’t just want to charge me to fix things that don’t need to be fixed. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs. Fantastic service.

  Ben fixed my fast dripping leaking tap soon after I contacted him. I appreciate that he texted me ten minutes before he was due to say he was running late but in the end it was only a few minutes. I was impressed that he took off his shoes at the front door without being asked! So polite and friendly. No time wasted in getting down to work and a full explanation of the work done at the end. I would trust Ben on any plumbing work!!

  Quick, easy to deal with and very professional. I had a busted pipe in the bathroom and needed some taps replaced. At the same time Ben also ran a gas line so I could connect my new bbq.
